We computes paychecks, appropriate withholding, tax
liability, health insurance and other benefit deductions for all your employees.
Additional payroll related services include direct deposit of tax liability and
W-2 form preparation. Each pay period, your employee checks and reports can
either arrive at your office, or the funds can be directly deposited into your
employees’ bank account.
What is Payroll tax?
Payroll taxes include those that employers are required to
withhold from their employees’ pay and those which apply to the entity employing
a worker. Employers must withhold Federal & State taxes from their employees
as well as a percentage of Social Security and Medicare tax. Business owners
must pay a matching amount of Social Security and Medicare taxes as well as
State & Federal unemployment taxes for their employees.
What is EFTP?
We transfer federal tax liabilities via
EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment System) directly from your business bank
account to the IRS. This will eliminate unnecessary visits to the bank and
potential fines if liabilities are not paid on time. We also file electronically
state quarterly reports and pay state tax liabilities electronically. It will save your valuable time and will also eliminate
potential fines if such forms and/or payments are filed late. Once you are set
up, just tell us how many hours each employee worked and we will do the rest. |
